Why use Tenzo to upgrade your Workforce.com reporting?
Workforce.com’s integration with Tenzo allows you to get more out of your Workforce.com reporting, combining data from Workforce.com with data from your POS and other systems.
Make the most of your labour scheduler analysis by incorporating it with your sales forecast to know exactly how many people to schedule on any given day at any given time.
AI forecasting: Automatic Labour Schedules
Combining your hyper-accurate sales forecast with data from your Workforce.com account allows our engine to understand how, in each specific site, your labour requirements vary according to your sales.
We can then automatically generate our suggested labour schedule, broken down by every 15-minute time slot. We do this three weeks ahead.
Multiple site reporting
Tenzo grants you access to performance analysis across multiple sites. Examine how your base labour costs differ between locations all in one handy table. You are also able to identify your year-on-year labour cost differentials and your labour cost as a percentage of sales for each individual location as well as across the business.
Mobile alerts when you are going to be under or overstaffed
After you have put your shifts into Workforce.com, Tenzo takes this information and compares it to our recommended AI labour schedule, sending you a timely warning notification if you have too many or too few employees scheduled in for a future shift.
Allow your GMs to make adjustments on the go with access to Tenzo’s analytics on any device and receive push notifications with our recommended adjustments.
Unlock powerful metrics
Want to know your exact labour costs as a percentage of sales on an hourly basis? Plugging Tenzo into Workforce.com allows you to do just that. Want to visualise your cost of labour versus your total sales? Tenzo has a graph for that.
On top of this, Tenzo can show you your average number of staff working per hour per day. This enables you to have a more complete view of staff scheduling, by displaying when you are consistently scheduling more or less labour than average and allowing you to look into why this might be.
Can you tell how your year-on-year labour costs are shaping up? By collating historical data, Tenzo can show you exactly how much you spent on labour last year during any given period, not only showing it as a number but also allowing you to compare cost of labour as a percentage of sales. This means that even if you have scaled up your business in the last year, you will still be able to compare your data.
Then there’s the question of planned labour scheduled versus actual labour. As much as restaurateurs may hope that the planned schedule was exactly the same as the actual amount of hours worked, this is rarely the case. However, with Tenzo you are able to see where these divergences have occurred and act on these insights for the next schedule to narrow the gap.
