Why is Tanda changing to Workforce.com?

As we have continued to evolve we have identified more services beyond our current offerings that we wish to develop. In order to accommodate these new products and services, we feel it necessary to move away from a brand so closely associated with time & attendance. Rebranding to workforce.com will enable us to offer our current and future services under a unified brand; leveraging the best software and the best workforce management research/editorial.

Workforce.com and the Workforce Magazine has been around for over 97 years, leading the way in scientific, workforce management research and the application of such to advance the happiness, welfare and efficiency of those who work. At Tanda, we too strive to make workforces successful which made the decision to bring everything under the workforce.com banner an easy one.

How will the product change?

There will inevitably be cosmetic changes to the software and our communications over the coming weeks / months. New features are just around the corner, however, all the features of Tanda that you currently enjoy will continue to evolve.

Will the mobile app still work?

Yes! All of our existing mobile apps will remain fully functioning.

Will I still have the same Workforce Success representative?

Yes! Your existing Workforce Success representative will continue to assist you when required.

Is there a new product roadmap?

We don’t believe in roadmaps. We believe in building the best workforce management tools as directed by our users.

How will this affect my subscription?

Your subscription will continue work as normal. All features in your account will remain unaffected by this change.

Will there be an increase in the price? No, the cost of your subscription per employee will remain the same.

Why does it still read ‘Tanda’ when I log in?

As part of the transition we will slowly be changing all of the branding on our service over to workforce.com. In the meantime you may still see occasional uses of our old Tanda logo. It is our prerogative to transition as quickly and smoothly as possible - rest assured the product’s functionality will remain as is.

Has the business changed ownership?

No, Tanda / Workforce.com is still owned by the same four founders and operated by the same legendary, global team

How will this affect the development of new features?

Features will continue to be developed as normal and we are excited to keep developing the platform.

Why is there more than just software on workforce.com?

Workforce.com hosts a range of offerings beyond software, including insightful editorial, events, and learning resources.

What happened to the Tanda Panda?

The Panda after many long years of service has decided to retire from public life and is now in its forever home.
